What is Foral Power?

Foral Power is a new way to understand relationships between Basque Country and the states which it´s surrounded by: Spain and France. Those who defend the Foral Power believe in the right of basque people to choose its future guided by freedom.

Foral Power means the right for create a new republic within Europe. Not by arms or violence, but by defending the word and the deal.

Foral Power is the ancient law of Navarre. A law which was respected by Castillian and French Kings through ages. A law which was finally defeated by violent force.
